At PRAASAM, we are committed to delivering your favourite sarees quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy for all the details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon!

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

  • All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
    .You will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 working days

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or festivals.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders

  • For COD order a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS after your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided.

Non-Delivery

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping can be arranged with additional shipping charges.
